Vinyl Liner Pool, Plymouth, MI Extra Large Vinyl Liner Pool 30×50
This backyard pool in Plymouth, MI is almost like two pools in one. The contour shape features an extra large shallow end, and deep end hopper. The pool was constructed with a vinyl liner pool, and traditional coping. It was finished with a poured concrete patio surround, and further out a decorative concrete patio for ample seating and entertaining area. The liner selected was in one of the darker liner patterns, allowing the intense blue color we see to come through. The homeowners of this custom designed pool in Plymouth have one of the larger vinyl liner pools – and a water volume that is handled by their Pentair equipment, which is one of our favorite brands.
So many homeowners ask where they should locate their swimming pools equipment. Traditionally, it is located off the back of the house. In this case, the equipment is around the side of the house, which means a very long run for the underground plumbing. With some well placed accent trees, or custom designed area near the pool, equipment can usually be hidden. With a long run to the equipment, priming the pump can sometimes take longer than usual, and extra care needs to be taken when it is time for winterization to make sure all the water is out of the pumps to prevent freezing.
