Spring, Safety cover, now what?

So spring is upon us but its not quite warm enough to open the pool. What should you do if you have a safety cover? A good suggestion would be to pull the corner of the cover back and add some liquid chlorine. This will help prevent algae growth while you are waiting for consistent warm weather.

As we get warm and then cold days, we don’t want to open it yet, but the  heat starts the process of algae growth.  The chlorine will help hold back the problem.

Also, for best results, open up no later than mid may!

Using special tools, the crew will release the springs from the grommets that recess into the patio for summer. The cover is folded up for summer storage.
