It’s not surprising that one of the first questions most of our customers and potential customers ask is, “How much do your pools cost?” That’s totally understandable–a swimming pool is a big project, and most people expect to invest a significant amount of money into it, but they’re not always quite sure what to expect. While this seems like a simple question, the answer is not always as simple.
At Legendary Escapes, we generally explain three basic budget ranges. The first range is for a standard pool. For a basic swimming pool project, a customer could expect to spend anywhere from $35,000-$45,000. This is the easiest budget question to answer, because there are fewer variables in this type of construction project. A pool builder knows almost exactly what will go into these projects, so it is relatively simple to accurately estimate the price.
The next level is a more unique, stylized swimming pool. These types of projects might have a water feature, a spa, or other accessories. Because there are many more variables in this type of project, the price can vary greatly. Depending on the types of accessories and level of customization, this type of project can range from $45,000 to $75,000.
Our specialty Legendary Escapes swimming pools, completely customized and one-of-a-kind, generally fall into a category all their own. The level of customization is greater than any you will see at a standard swimming pool company. These projects are our specialty hybrid swimming pools, and can be customized as much as desired to fit each client individually. While we will work with customers at every level to make sure they have a final product that fits their needs, their style, and their hopes, this type of project is the most unique and personal. It is almost impossible to give a figure for the budget of this type of project, because it is so dependent on the desires of each client. For a specialty swimming pool, customers can expect to spend anywhere from $75,000 and up to as exciting as you’d like your pool to be.
